Can I amend my order?
As we begin preparing orders right away to ensure fast dispatch, we’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our fulfillment team begins packaging immediately to make sure your order ships as quickly as possible.
I forgot to apply my discount code. Can you add it after checkout?
We’re unable to apply discount codes once an order has been placed. Please make sure your code is entered at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
How long is shipping?
United Kingdom & Ireland: All orders are carefully processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. UK deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: We offer two delivery options within Dubai for your convenience.
Express Delivery: Same Day (orders placed before 5 PM)
Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK and Dubai only, as we have dedicated distribution bases in both regions. International shipping outside these areas is not available at this time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for every customer.
My order has arrived damaged. What happens next?
We’re so sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive as expected. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bare2dark.com, including clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your case, and if approved, a replacement will be arranged for the affected item.
